My family and I are avid divers. Does DiveLog provide a 'multiuser option' so we each can save dive logs from our respective dive computers but under separate diver names?

I plug in my Oceanic VT4 using the USB cable (Version 3) and follow the instructions to upload my dives. When I select start, the Dive computer will count down, but then the progress will time out.
There are couple of things that can cause the upload to time out. This can happen if the battery is really low or the USB cord is connected to the Dive Computer upside down. Try to make sure that Dive computer's battery is not running out of life. Be sure to also make sure that the USB is connected to the Dive Computer correctly, with the three little arrows facing the user.
